1. Calculating the cost.

As soon as design concept is established, our experts proffer an approximate estimation of work. It goes without saying that during the building process some amendments occur which affects  the final price.

2. Programming.

A schedule of works is composed meticulously by our project manager. The copy of the document is handed in the client. The schedule gives an opportunity to clearly understand not only when each stage of work will be completed, but also when the whole project will be finished.

3. Procurement.

The majority of materials should be ordered  beforehand . In order to procure all necessary items and materials on time according the schedule we contact suppliers and deal with them. It is incumbent upon us to tackle impediments regarding  damaged  or  wrong  stuff delivered by suppliers.
